Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) refers to acts committed by Â鶹´«Ã½ employees (and those associated to the work of Â鶹´«Ã½) against beneficiaries and communities served by Â鶹´«Ã½. Â鶹´«Ã½ has a zero tolerance policy for sexual exploitation and abuse.
