In March 2025, the Government of the Philippines - through the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) - and the Â鶹´«Ã½ (Â鶹´«Ã½) conducted a review of joint cash operations in response to successive storms that struck the country in late 2024. This report highlights how DSWD and Â鶹´«Ã½ strategically leveraged the national social protection programme (4Ps: Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program) to swiftly deliver cash assistance to the hardest-hit families.
